JHK USA LLC may make periodic adjustments to garment specs. Current inventory may include garments with prior specs. Slight variances in color can occur from order to order.
Most in stock credit approved orders for standard delivery will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All additions to any order already placed will be considered a new order and must be written on a new purchase order. For your protection, we accept only written or web orders and reserve the right not to process incomplete orders. JHK USA LLC reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion. No minimum order required.Your customer service representative will send you an order confirmation after placing your order in our system to help ensure that the order was recorded precisely as ordered prior to shipping. JHK USA LLC will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay, loss or damage during shipping. If you are to pick-up your order, please call ahead to confirm your order is ready. Every form of shipping are paid in full by the customer unless specifically negotiated otherwise by your salesperson. FedEx Ground freight costs provided during web checkout are estimates and subject to variations based on size, weight, packaging requirements, residential or rural location and other factors. JHK USA LLC ships to residential and commercial addresses alike, though there will be a slight increase in rates for residential deliveries based on carrier pricing. Actual freight costs will be charged when your order ships. Additional methods of shipping would be offered, however our web engine checkout process is only able to estimate FedEx Ground costs. Therefore, for all other forms of shipping will not include freight costs.
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors. Exchanges are permitted for equal value provided the returned item is in saleable condition and the customer pays for return and exchange shipping costs. All returns and exchanges must be approved and negotiated through customer service via email or telephone. Please inspect all goods prior to printing and/or decorating merchandise. Buyers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all merchandise before washing, pricing, or otherwise embellishing product. JHK USA LLC cannot accept garments that have been altered in any way or form. Due to possible human error, it is the buyer/consignees' responsibility to verify that the merchandise received matches what was ordered and to resolve any claims with JHK USA LLC before garments are altered. JHK USA LLC will not accept any claims if garments are altered due to incorrect shipments.
All claims and requests to return merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receipt of shipment. Returns will be accepted only with prior authorization and will be refused if not previously approved from JHK USA LLC customer service.
